Our preferred suppliers include James Hardie® fiber-cement, Lux architectural metal panels, Longboard® wood-grain aluminum, Westform Steel, vinyl, composite, and natural cedar wood.

James Hardie® siding is engineered to withstand Okanagan climate extremes, offering high durability, fire resistance, and protection against warping or rotting. It is available in horizontal lap, vertical panel, and board-and-batten profiles.
Do you offer stucco installation?
No. Hi-Lite Exteriors specializes exclusively in hard-surface exterior finishing—including fiber-cement, architectural aluminum, steel, vinyl, wood siding, soffits, fascia, and eavestroughs.

Why are 5" continuous seamless aluminum gutters recommended?
Continuous aluminum gutters are custom-extruded on-site to match exact roofline measurements. By eliminating seams along the run, seamless gutters prevent leaking joints, improve water flow, and reduce debris accumulation.
Can I replace my gutters without replacing my siding?
Yes, standalone continuous gutter replacements and downspout upgrades are available alongside full-package exterior renovations.
What options are available for soffits and fascia?
Offerings include heavy-duty aluminum soffit and fascia systems from GenTek and Kaycan, as well as architectural wood or cedar soffits for entryways and covered patio ceilings.
